RETURNS POLICY 

Whilst every effort is made to make sure your product arrives safely, not all delivery people are delicate with their deliveries as we all know. Please Email us with a photo clearly showing the damage to the candle/s. Please then send us the product with everything you received with it. As soon as it has arrived at our location we will make a refund for that product.  Please note only the product value will be refunded, not the postage and packaging charges. Thank you.
